At Unique Life, your satisfaction is important. If your product is damaged during delivery, we are here to help.
Returns
Only damaged bottles can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
To return a damaged product, follow these steps:
Record a short video or take photos showing the damaged bottle and the parcel.
Share the video/photos with us via email or WhatsApp along with your order details.
Our team will verify and guide you for the replacement or refund process.
Refunds / Replacement
Once the damaged product is verified, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
